Estas brocas las he usado para hacer hoyos de 3/8 in en adelante y trabajan muy bien porque la punta empuja la broca hacia dentro para hacer el agujero mucho mas rapido y mejos.

For the price it is really hard to complain. For not much more than the cost of a single large spade bit, you get 6 spade bits of different sizes. These worked wonderfully for running new wires in our basement, and had no problem chewing through the joists. The pilot bit quickly pulled the spade in, and these had no trouble at all. Very impressed.

Las compré porque quería pasar unos tubos por un triplay de 9mm de espesor, sin embargo, la broca de 3/8 despedaza de fea manera el triplay. Desconozco si es la broca o la madera, pero pensé que tendría una perforación limpia y no fue así. Tuve que comprar unas brocas forstner. Quizá estas brocas son útiles para perforar otro tipo de madera, a mí no me funcionaron para lo que las adquirí. Eso sí, perforan muy rápido, se sienten muy resistentes y se ven de primera calidad. Por el precio me hubiera gustado que vinieran en un estuche, ahora las traigo regadas por toda mi caja de herramientas, raspadas y hasta extraviadas sin haberlas usado.

Fueron un regalo para mi papá. Ya las ha usado y su primera impresión ha sido bastante buena. Dice que son muy resistentes y por lo mismo rápidas para perforar, eso le ahorró tiempo y esfuerzo en cierta medida.

This is my second set of these bits, they are AWESOME!!! The first set is still used almost everyday on a large remodel where they have been subjected to endless boring of holes for electrical wire. If you keep them in wood they just go and go, and the threaded point really grabs the wood and pulls it through. They cut very quickly and definetely are best used in a drill and not an impact driver. They are plenty strong but if you hit a nail full on you're going to have to break out a file to touch up the points, this is pretty common with any of these paddle bits.This second set is going to my son for Christmas. He got a new Drill/Driver Combo Set for his birthday, so these will be handy accessories to have on hand for his upcoming deck project. Highly recommended.

Got these a couple days ago, 3 out of 6 bits already failed, the other 3 I haven't even tried yet. Imma guessing Made in China, tell me I'm wrong.. Yeah, they are cheap. If you are doing heavy duty work, like boring out a hardwood, then look elsewhere, or at least get a couple sets, cuz they will fail.

They perform well and pull through wood very quickly. Be wary about using them with finish material or Azek. They are very rough on the surface and chip up the piece at the start and the threaded and can pull it in too quickly if your only trying to drill a certain depth

These bits do a very good job in hole cutting.. they are not "finish" drilled holes but they do the job they were designed to do..Price was right and they do find us in a woodshop.

These bits are very aggressive and very fast. If you want to make short work of your drilling tasks, pick up a set.One caveat: you CANNOT use these in battery-powered drills - they do work in battery powered impact drivers, but they overwhelm the motors of the battery powered drills. I tested them in several of my battery powered drills of various voltages, with the same result.So I recommend them highly, but only in CORDED drills or impact drivers.

Have been a fan of Bosch for a while. Great for my needs and relatively inexpensive. I do not use them daily or even once a month but I needed some spade bits....just in case. These hold up well it woudl be even better if they added an extension to the pack or a case instead of the hard to open blister pack.

quality bits for the home owner. great for any project small or big. perfect for lock sets, lag bolts, running romex thru beams, etc/ great size assortment. price is great for the quality i think. i just wish bosch would provide a nice storage case. mine came in the usual cardboard backed plastic wrapped packaging. but not a reason to not buy it.

These are very high quality and effective spade bits at a great price. The bits are made from high quality and durable metal and are great at effortlessly drilling through wood (which is all I have tried them on). The tip of the spade is threading which makes starting a hole effortless. Also, there are spurs at the top of the spade paddle, which appear to aid in the creation of smoother and cleaner holes.In my experience, these bits are a great way to make quick, effortless holes in treated or untreated wood.
