There should be set screws on both sides. How are you supposed to center a smaller drive bit and not have it wobble. Ridiculous.

Be aware things like this won't center your bit, unless it just happens to fill the hole perfectly, For that you need a chuck. But this is a fine example of its type and as long as a little orbital motion of the bit is OK, it will do the trick.
