This company wipes out old reviews and starts over again with Amazon storefront to avoid the bad reviews but their customer service sucks, AND they know the issue I have had to purchase twice and they did not replace. What happens is that whenever you are moving with your camera the batters come out of slots inside grip causing the opening mechanism to get stuck and there is NO WAY TO GET BATTERIES OUT WITHOUT DISASSEMBLING / breaking the grip open. It’s not worth it.At how many times I purchased i would have just purchased original canon

I have used there batteries in another camera and have never been disappointed. The grip fit perfectly and all buttons were functional. Looking forward to my girls volleyball games and put it to a real test. Time will tell.
