These were just what I needed. The cheap, plastic ones that come with bike patch kits are garbage. Do yourself a favor and get these for your bike.

They seem to be made okay. Don’t know how long they will last. I have used them a couple of time putting tubes in my fat tire e-bike and tubes in my kids e scooter. They got the job done and are very handy. I keep them in my tool bag on my e-bike while I’m out riding in the woods.

I’ve gone through a lot of levers in my day. And I like there’s best. Theyre tough. They fit the rim with more fitness. And… They won’t scratch ur carbon rims— Even if ur a goon like me.

These things are handy for dismounting bicycle tires. They work well but I don’t think they will stand up to anything bigger like a motorcycle tire.

quite often need to replace the tire, broken several cheap one and metal however will easily damage the wheel especially when you have some fancy carbon one. this is very sturdy but plastic. wont leave a mark on the wheel.

After breaking one of three plastic/nylon/composite tire levers trying to mount a tubeless-ready tire after a flat on a remote trail, I vowed to find tire levers more durable. These are it! Metal from stem to stern with a hard plastic coating to prevent scratching or gouging rims. As a bonus, they're much cheaper than the "professional" tire levers.

I purchased these levers after ruining a set of nylon/carbon levers on a set of 26" matrix aero rims and Kenda tires. The aero rims are very narrow and the tire (although properly sized based on branding) seems as if it is designed for a smaller diameter rim. My only complaint is that the metal doesn't protrude through to the tips. So while the body of the lever held up extremely well, the tips after a couple uses are already getting 'smooshed' due to force required to get under/between the tire and rim. I really like the metal with plastic covering as it protects the rim really well. Only wish the tips could be metal. For standard rim/tire combinations this set works very well and I would not hesitate to buy again. Giving 5 stars as although the tips look like they will degrade over time, they did the job that other levers couldn't.

Bear in mind that this is a metal lever covered with plastic. They are very reliable, good leverage. i believe you will never have to buy another ones unless you loose it. Most of my levers have broken on a point in life since once in a while you have to deal with a tough tire.
