this is a nice pizza oven that runs on propane.It's easy to use, but making pizza in general takes time to learn, or else you burn it.It's versatile to roast steaks and fish as well, and since it runs on propane it's easy to use and clean.I wish the legs folded for easier storage.You also still need to buy accessories, mainly the pizza peel.

As to anything there’s a learning curve and once you get past that, you’re golden. Super easy to use and clean. Compact and able to bring it pretty much anywhere you have a propane tank.I do think 12in is too small and would love to upgrade at some point but so far this works great. Amazing tasting pizza right at home!

The most delicious pizza in the world is, of course, the pizza that comes right out of the oven. This oven helps you enjoy premium quality pizza at home. Since everything is pre-assembled, all you have to do is connect propane gas and use it. We made the dough ourselves and it was our first time using an oven like this, so we went through a lot of trial and error. First, the dough should not be too thick. On my first attempt, the dough was too thick and the outside burned before the inside was fully cooked. Next, the pizza must be rotated at least every 10 seconds. If you look closely at the structure, the heat comes out in one direction from the back of the oven, so the back of the pizza burned easily. Another thing is that you must do a pre hit with the pizza base stone. This will allow the pizza to cook evenly from the bottom to the top and the bottom of the pizza become crispy and not soggy. If you are using a frozen pizza, I recommend putting a small amount of flour on the bottom of the pizza and placing it on the base stone. Otherwise, moisture may come out and stick to the surface of the stone. This is a really well made gas oven and has great performance.

This is my second pizza oven and this one actually works. Things I like: It heats up quickly and uses propane. It is fairly compact so you can take it in the RV. If you keep a close eye on it and rotate the pizza, It cooks them good. You need to put this on a table so you can look inside and watch the pizza cooking. If you put this on the ground you will burn your pizza because you cannot monitor the cooking process. The top and sides get very hot so you will need to keep excited children at a distance.

First off I had some questions concerning some "extra" parts that were included with the oven. The support I received was very quick, and helped.I like the fact that this oven has four legs instead of the three on some major brands.The heating is done from the back and gets the included stone very hot, preheat took about ten minutes with an ambient temperature in the mid 60's.Controls on the back stayed cool throughout the cooking of our first pizza. Make sure to rotate the pizza every 10-15 seconds as it will burn otherwise.I also ordered the neatUseful aluminum folding peel from Amazon (NNU-PP-12-Pro) which worked perfectly in this oven.We don't make a lot of pizza so we could not justify the high price of other ovens.

I can't recommend the BIG HORN OUTDOORS 12" Portable Gas Pizza Oven highly enough! It's incredibly convenient for backyard gatherings or camping trips, allowing us to enjoy delicious stone-baked pizzas anywhere. Cooking with family and friends has never been more enjoyable - this oven has become a staple for outdoor adventures!

Works great heats quickly evenly cooks.pizzas very well and quick at that have made small personal pizzas to full size homeade and frozen even all come out very good and tasty kids love making their own pizza everything seems durable and recommendable

Set up was a breeze with minimal instructions. I didn’t realize I needed a pizza peel , so I ordered a 12” one which was too big. I found a 9” one that fit, but smaller size pizzas. I don’t suggest using this at a ‘party’ for the first time. We went through about 8 pizzas before we figured out how to properly cook them, or what temp to do it on. The first few pizzas stuck to the peel and dumped in, which required waiting for all the ingredients to burn off. The quality of the oven is great and it certainly is hot. Now that we figured out how to use it- we will be using it often!!
