I’d been having ongoing pain after my arms workouts. I’ve used these compression supports twice now, and there was a dramatic decrease in my discomfort. I feel now that I can continue to workout carefully while the arms are able to heal.

I like the wide range of adjustability the band allows. It is a bit wide by which I mean the band goes from my elbow to my shoulder and therefore pushes into the elbow joint upon bending my arm. The only real problem with it is the smell. I tried it on when I got it out of the package for fit. I wore it for a few minutes and thought something in my house was burning, but not a smoky smell, more like an electrical melting something smell. After looking around I realized the smell was coming from the band, and by this point had given me a sore throat. I washed the band and hung it outside to dry and air out. The next day I put it on under a long sleeve shirt and I can smell the band still through the shirt. If the smell does not dissipate I am not going to be able to wear this thing.

I am a dedicated weightlifter (6-7 days a week). An unfortunate side effect of this., Is muscle strain and tendinitis. I have been suffering from a bicep strain for several weeks and started wrapping it with an ace wrap. This helped, but was not the most convenient to use. I ordered this brace and it is excellent. I put it on right out of the box, and it is extremely comfortable And the three different straps, ensure a good fit. I don’t even know I’m wearing it and it helps immensely with the pain, and after two days, I feel as if my bicep might actually be healing. Probably going to buy another one for the other arm just in case I need it . Highly recommended .

Got this for a partially torn triceps. Its does help to stabilize the muscle which will likely support healing. It's not as difficult to put on (with my off hand) as some suggest. Three velcro straps, two of them looped allow you to cinch it down pretty well. Only issue is during activity it may slip some, down to the elbow. My injury is up near arm pit so that's not ideal. Otherwise, at this price point, tough to beat.
