My wife who is 5 ft. 3 inches with a medium build and has put up with a shoulder injury for over 2 years and luckily has been able to work around the pain since she was getting steroid shots on a regular basis that would help subdue the pain but lately its' gotten where the shots have stopped working so she is scheduled for shoulder replacement surgery in early September.I was looking for a sling that would help alleviate some of the pain before her upcoming surgery and then use it for probably 6 to 8 weeks while recovering from her surgery. This CopperJoint Arm Sling checked all of the boxes when it comes to having one that is comfortable, with breathable material and one feature she loves the most is the phone pocket although her iPhone 8 does stretch the limits of what it can hold, if someone had one that was any larger it wouldn't hold their phone.Overall this is a 5 Star sling for my wife's use but for some other buyer's they need to be aware that this isn't one size fits all due to the sling's adjustable strap/shoulder strap combined length limitations. Due to this limitation I feel as though it earns 4 Stars until they either add another adjustable strap leading from the padded strap down to the opened end of the sling. At the moment there is definitely a size limitation for this sling since it is obvious one size doesn't fit all. If you look at the pictures I've posted you can see that I've lengthened the only adjustable strap which runs across the back from the sling to the padded shoulder strap as far out as it could be adjusted so this sling wouldn't work for any larger person or the padded shoulder strap would be riding up their neck instead of resting on the shoulder.

The arm sling is soft, light weight & easy to put on. The material feels a little bit flimsy. Not sure how much copper in it. This is only for small or medium size people. The belt is too short, it barely fits the medium height people. The cell phone pocket is good idea, but the pocket is too small and shallow, it won’t hold the iphone max or anyone of similar size, very easy to fell out. The shoulder pad is not adjustable and it makes it useless if the sling is set such that the pad is not right at the shoulder. Over all this is good product, if it fits you. I still give a 5-star because the price is good.

I recently messed up my rotator cuff while trying to pretend that I am 20 years younger and able to paint my house by myself (Not!). I was SO happy the day this arrived, as I was in a great deal of pain. I found it very easy to adjust, very lightweight, and as my headline states, it is SO soft and comfortable. I have spent much more on braces the were bulky, hard to adjust and too heavy for their own good. The only issue I had at the beginning was logging on to the product website to see how to adjust the strap. I'm thinking this might be a new product for the company, as I couldn't find anything about the sling on the main page and had to use the search engine to find it.

Very lightweight arm/shoulder sling. Copper infused to promote healing. The sling comes on the smaller size and can be difficult to use and feel comfortable with. Because of the light weight and thin material, it felt flimsy and did not hold in place to support the arm. The sling was used on a shoulder injury to support the weight of the arm pulling the shoulder down. The copper infused material did not have any effect on the shoulder injury and pain. The thin material and weight did help in the hotter weather but it was still difficult to use. We had planned to use the sling as a reminder to take care of the shoulder injury and to provide support. The light material to support the shoulder area was adequate but did not provide the heavier support needed. A heavier shoulder/arm sling would be more beneficial to providing support and remind me and others of the shoulder injury.

I like this sling very much. It is nicely light weight, which is needed for me, but doesn't feel flimsy or cheap. I like the material and feel of it. I like that it truly is breathable, so I don't feel hot or sweat. It's comfortable. It's not itchy or irritating, so I don't have to wear long sleeves while using it. I like the pockets to hold my phone. The strap is nicely padded, comfortable and adjustable BUT the padded portion is not adjustable. That may be a negative for you but it's a positive for me. I had another sling that the strap pad was adjustable and throughout the day would move and slide so I had to constantly slide it back up. It was annoying. So for me the strap pad not being movable is a bonus. Overall good quality, no complaints about the item itself. But I do have another complaint. The packaging says to "STOP" and watch the instructional video by going to their website. So I go but I don't see an instructional video, instead I am asked for my email to register my product and gain site access. So I submit my email, have to confirm my email and then finally get into website. It ends up being just a bunch of various products on the site and only 2 instructional videos, which were for different products. Clearly its just a trick to get your email and advertise to you. So I don't recommend bothering with their website. I'm annoyed I that I was tricked into giving my email info.
