These are still much higher quality than the flimsy plastic ones on my kids bike they will replace, so I will keep and use them, but it is important to know that the product title is false, and that only the adjustable cable fittings are aluminum. The rest is plastic. False advertising! Not aluminum and very frustrated!

These brake levers help to solve one problem - braking for small hands was difficult due to the old levers being too far for short fingers. However, they didn’t do a good job of stopping the bike. The levers are too flexible for our needs. These would be ok for a very small kids bike - 12 or 16 inch wheeled bikes. When you move into larger bikes the flex is just too much.
