②Pre-drill two holes in the wooden beam, it is recommended to use a drill bit smaller than 0.2"
③Pass the screw through the hole in the base of the swing hanger, and use a wrench or electric drill to tighten the screw

②Drill two holes in the ceiling, and then use expansion bolts to fix the swing hanger on the ceiling

There was only one other review which spoke of this, but the noise of this mount is crazy. It is literally a CLUNK sound on every strike. Moreso, the spring is not strong enough and will elongate even with a measly 140lb stationary bag. I returned in favour of a Meister mount and heavy bag spring - much better as it is less noisy and the spring is so heavy duty that upstairs no longer rattles on striking.

Works well and holds my 80lb bag up securely. My bag had chains already attached so I used the chains that came with this product to lower the bag so that my kids could also benefit from punching the bag. Great product.

Very strong and swivels well. Very important to hit the 1.5" beam in the ceiling for the 2 holes. Used SPAX screws instead of the hex bolts provided, fast and easy. Note there were some comments about the hex bolts snapping off. Obviously, drill a pilot hole first. Lastly it is quiet, added bonus

Didn’t need the mount so just stripped off the spring and chains to hang my heavy bag on it frame it was the best bang for the buck for both chain and spring I could find and worked out great
