Simplify trim work on 3/4-inch rounded drywall corners with this clever jig. It helps lay out perfect lines for tight-fitting three-piece corners. Plus, if you're working alone you can nail it in place to anchor your tape measure. Great for installing both crown and base molding.

This is hand down the best trim gauge. I bought the cheapest one and it was so inaccurate and the plastic was cheap and warped, not the bench dog, I'm very pleased with the quality.

Not a frequent tool required but for the purpose finding angle start of miter it met its need. Not as common now is the wooden quarter bead found in older houses. This found my angle start to get the skirting round the corner to supply a more professional finish. Can be used on cornice as well to supply same effect. Handy to have in the tool box when need arises

This is a very accurate tool to used when doing crown mouldings when going around rounded corners. There are YouTube videos on using this and that's why I bought this tool. Once you have it you'll keep this in your tool apron. This will save you so much time.

This is actually a very handy tool. When replacing all the trim in my house, this tool does tell me exactly where to measure to cut the trim that will fit around a bull-nosed corner. It's super easy to use and it does make the job faster. But here's why I didn't rank it 5-start (and why value for money is only 3):One: mine came with no instructions whatsoever. Oh sure, it seems that it should be intuitive, but there's nothing but the tool's label printed on it. And there are four small holes, two on each side. If you aren't familiar with the tool's use, you might think that one of these holes is where to place the pencil to make your measuring mark. There's no where that points out that you ACTUALLY make the mark on the inside edge of one of the leaves. Two: it seems a little over priced for what amounts to a wedged piece of injection molded plastic that serves only one purpose, and that's outside corner miter cuts on bull-nosed walls.Overall it's a great tool, but honestly not something you couldn't rig up a quick jig to do the same job for mere pennies, instead of the $13 plus shipping.

I did a large flooring project in my house last spring and finished all the baseboards except my master bedrroom. I just got tired of doing it. Most of the reason was because I hated the pain of doing the bullnose pieces. I saw this online and decided to give it a whirl. I'm glad I did. I finished my baseboards in the master bedroom this weekend and bought my wife a new bedroom set. I seriously took me half the time (if not less) to do the bullnose corners with this tool. I'd buy it again and again.

Man doing bullnose trim used to take a little longer than just square corners . Now this thing came into my life and made a pretty big difference when installing the bullnose trim . Just give this thing a couple small tack nails and you can do it by yourself no problem .

This device really helped with the installation of baseboards and picture moldings. I had never worked with rounded drywall corners before so I was glad to have this. You just place this on a corner, mark both walls and measure to the marks. Then install to the marks and fill in the corner itself with 3/4" piece of molding. It looked great....even an experienced carpenter wanted to use it. I did have problems with delivery though.

This simple tool will save you a lot of headaches. If you are installing baseboard on a bull nose corner you have a couple of options. You can buy the corner caps or make a small filler piece to round the corner. I prefer the small filler piece. The problem is knowing how far into the corner to start making the cuts and making it even with the other side. How this tool will help you. Simply place the tool on the bull nose corner and make two lines. These lines are what you will use to take your measurements and make the 22.5 degree cuts. The center filler piece will be 5/8 wide on the inside and also cut 22.5 degrees. Worked every time! The tool is made of a good quality plastic and worth every penny.
