After our church’s previous mixer was unfortunately stolen, we were in urgent need of a replacement. Given our congregation of roughly 500 members, it was vital for us to have a mixer that’s both robust and offers clear sound quality. This one checked all the boxes. It was relatively easy to set up, even for those of us who aren’t experts. The audio is clear, and the controls are intuitive. For any community or gathering space of our size, I can wholeheartedly recommend this mixer. It’s been a seamless addition to our services.

I bought this unit after a brand new Mackie ProFX12v3 quit working after only three months. Mackie agreed that it was bad and said they would replace it but that it would take 5 months to ship a new one. Amazon came to the rescue and refunded my money for the Mackie and I bought this unit instead. This Behringer mixer is a much better, more robust mixer than the Mackie. Solidly built, lots of features, and very clean sound. I use it in a small studio application and it does a very good job. Yes, you can by more expensive mixers that have more features but this Xenyx QX1832USB is a great tool for the price point. I would recommend it to anyone as a high value for the money mixer. Also, thanks to Amazon for standing by their customer.

Had this mixer for a couple weeks and it's not too bad, except the USB portion. Is the USB input connected to the main mixer buss? No. Can you adjust the sound level of the USB signal on the mixer? No. Can you use the built in effects on the USB signal? No. Can you exceed 16 Bit / 48kHz? No.One of the main uses for a mixer for me is playing USB media through the mixer and the bulk of my media is 24 bit. You can down-sample but then you don't have a dependable stream and sometimes it cuts in and out or just doesn't play. So this mixer was not for me so it goes back.

I have many years of pro-audio experience, as a tour engineer & radio producer.I'm used to having the features of a good mixing desk available at work, so was finding it frustrating to use a relatively basic desk at home - but could not justify laying out a lot of money.I've found this Behringer to be a delight: well-featured, good layout, low noise, almost zero annoying glitches. I did find I could apparently create some kind of earth-loop hum if the phono 2-track i/o was looped through an unearthed recording/playback device - which I resolved by patching 1:1 audio transformers on the return - but that has been the only issue I've encountered.Overall absolutely ★★★★★

So far, very impressed with this, despite common misgivings with the brand. I have it coupled with a pair of active speakers for an inexpensive, compact and simple to operate PA system - with inbuilt system EQ and digital verb.More flexible routing for the USB return signal would be a useful addition, as would hard bypass switches for the EQ and compressors. Otherwise, they nailed the price/performance sweet spot for exactly my current requirements.

I use this product to get more input on my focusrite scarlet and to get more quick option on adjustment on my sounds.i am not a pro yet but I really enjoy that piece of equipment.it give me more input opportunity than what I want so far.at first I was getting my output through phone jack but I realized it was a mistake and now I get my output from both main out (the right and the left) and I connect both output to the two input I have on my Scarlett focusrite.i then place the focusrite in stereo and I connect my cheap focusrite to my computer.it does the job pretty good I believe.thank you behringer.

It is an excellent mixer. I use it with my co-singer for Karaoke. It has excellent built in sound effects, 32 in total, direct recording and playback from a USB device like a laptop. It works flawlessly on Windows 10.It has built in compression for each input microphone channel, internal and external controls for sound effects, 4 band British -EQ customized for each mic channel and a 9-band Graphic equalizer on in addition. The sound monitoring option both via headphone from the mixer and through the 'Monitor' outputs at the back of mixer are very effective and useful.I am given my a very brief summary. For details please read other reviews on this post which are very detailed and informative.

I love this mixing board. Feels solid. Sweet sounding. Faders and knobs are fine. I used it for several band gigs now with no problems. It's a nice quiet board with no RF coming in anywhere I've used it--and I live a mile from a radio tower (I have had RF problems with other boards but not this one). Having compressors on the mic channels is nice. The new built-in effects unit sounds great, I found a nice gated reverb sound for the vocals that sounds superb. I love all the routing options and outputs! The pre/post fader option on aux 1 (rarely found on boards this price range) is a nice option to have. And I especially like this board's monitoring options on the FX Return Fader because you can select whether or not to send the effects to any combination of: the Mon, Main or Sub outputs. Not many boards have this flexibility. I play guitar in my small band and do the stage and mains mixing, so I like having the ability to send the (vocal) effects to the monitors as well as the mains. A little adjustment goes a long way with the 9 band output EQ; it's great to have the in/out button right there to quickly compare with/without EQ. I haven't had time to use the USB yet but plan to report on it later on.

I have not had this long enough to give a full review, so here are my thoughts at present. It is a small and neat package, well laid out with good markings as to what all the nobs etc are for, I used it for a show last week and along with Behringer NU 3000 amp, it worked very well, faders are nice and smooth, the gain controls all have little indents that you can feel when the pot is turned, it has plenty of inputs and outputs that I think would cater for most things for small to medium gigs,I have 3 wired mics, 2 wireless mics an MP 3 player, a recording machine and a keyboard going through it.I have yet to try out the USB connections, will get around to that as when needed.
