I purchased this item to roast a piglet of around 40lbs. For my purposes, it worked great. I did have to add bare wire to the pig to hold it to the rod. But that is expected. The only thing I did different was I placed concrete blocks on the feet of the item just to ensure it didn't tip over for some unforeseen reason. I plan on using this rotisserie again. The stainless looks good and makes it easy to clean. Hopefully corrosion will not be an issue if I put it in storage for awhile.

We have a 70lb pig that we are roasting and this product claims to be able to handle up to 100lbs. After fighting with it to get it started, we got it going and then it quit. It would spin halfway and then stop. We would get it to go again just for it to stop again. Definitely did not do what it was supposed to do. Ended up cooking it on an open fire and flipping the pig every 30 minutes.
