These reeds are not to be confused with anything you have ever experienced in a molded plastic reed. All reeds are machined, just like cane, and are 100% consistent.

Stiffer than I expected, Not as much flexibility as the Legere, I think I prefer the Legere, but in a pinch, it is OK.

Wow que hermoso suena!! Me gusto muchísimo el sonido que da y es tan fácil de hacerla sonar, yo la compararía con una dureza entre 2 y 2.5 de la marca RicoLa compraría de nuevo

The Bari Tenor Saxophone Reeds are exceptional! They offer a perfect balance of strength and flexibility, providing a smooth, rich tone with every note. The reeds are consistent, durable, and easy to play, making them ideal for both beginners and advanced players. I’ve noticed better response and control, especially in the lower registers, and they last longer than many other brands I’ve tried. Highly recommend these reeds for anyone looking for reliable, high-quality options for their tenor saxophone!

The only synthetic tenor sax reed I have found to be of any practical use is the Fibracel. I use them exclusively, and I am a 40 year pro... Believe it or not, I liked the Bari better than the Legere. Both reeds really shine in the altissimo, but are pretty much awful in the rest of the range, the Bari being slightly better, if it matters what degree of awful you are hoping for.

I've been using these for thirty years. Still love them. You can sand and cut them to fit your mouthpiece.

Have been using them for over 18 years. Usually last a year or so. Only draw back is they are a bit tinny Vs Cain reeds for mellow and lower range but with effects and EQ work fine.

I can't get a note out of this reed without practically having a heart attack. This is a total waste of money. Avoid!

This reed produces an incredibly bright sound. It does make notes easier to bend so intonation is a bit more difficult. I do not recommend for begginers because it takes a lot of work to lock in the pitch. This reed is definitely not going to work for any concert piece because of the brightness, however in a marching band or pep band scenario this is the reed for you. It also works in jazz sometimes depending on the style you're going after. Great reed though I've had mine for a year and it's still going strong.

I got this reed as a replacement for my wood reeds during marching season. Its extremely durable and wont blow out like wood ones plus it doesn't dry out. Granted its not as nice of a sound as normal bamboo, but the sound quality difference isn't really noticeable on the field and I personally would rather sacrifice a bit of quality for a cheaper easier to play on alternative. "Bari" is the best brand of synthetic reeds I've found yet.
