Decent Low Profile protective equipment for airsoft. Protects your nose and mouth, but not your cheeks. Great if your sights are lower on your airsoft gun and refuse to use riser mounts

Good mask, it is lightweight and breathable, but I had to wash it a few times to get it to shrink to fit me. It is very durable, I have shot it at point blank on full auto, and only a little paint has chipped off.

I rally like the material used. the fabric is soft, and breathes really well. The mesh mouth guard is very sturdy, and unlikely to be pierced. the biggest issue is the mesh weighs down the front of the mask so much it slips down, and exposes your face entirely. kinda defeats the purpose.

This does not provide full face protection. It does provide coverage of the nose and mouth and has done a very good job at that as my nose has taken direct hits and not been damaged, still hurt like an SoB but no marks. On the cheeks and neck though it's another story, not a week goes by that I don't get shot on the cheek bone and it leaves a nasty welt or even some bleeding. So, I would argue that this is not full face protection, just nose and mouth. Still love it though, does the job and I hate wearing the half face masks because they slide on my face to much.

This airsoft balaclava with mesh nose and lower face protection arrived today, somewhat disappointed as the material seems stretched and has lost its elasticated properties. The item doesn't fit very well because of this the mesh doesn't stay in place .

Anfangs war ich skeptisch, ob der weiche und dehnbare Stoff der Balaclava in der Lage sein würde, beim Laufen das Gewicht des Schutzgitters zu halten oder ob das Schutzgitter nach unten rutschen würde.Aber auch nach mehreren Spielen bleibt das Schutzgitter sicher vor Mund und Nase. Wer mit einem Boonie oder Helm spielt, muss erst recht nichts befürchten. Durch das Hutband bzw. den Kinngurt wird das Gitter zusätzlich gehalten.Abgesehen von der Schutzwirkung, fällt das Atmen beim Laufen mit schwerer Ausrüstung deutlich leichter als bei einer Balaclava ohne Gitter, bei der man durch den Stoff atmen muss. Und man kommt – anders als bei einer gepolsterten Gesichtsmaske – mit dem Kopf näher an die Schulterstütze des Gewehrs, kann also ganz normal durch sein Scope, Red Dot oder Kimme & Korn schauen. Beim Testen einer gepolsterten Maske musste ich meine Scopes durch Picatinny-Riser anheben.Ich habe insgesamt fünf verschiedene Balaclava- und Gesichtsmasken-Typen bestellt und getestet. Diese Balaclava mit Schutzgitter ist zum Airsoft-Spielen mein absoluter Favorit. Sie eignet sich für jedes Wetter, lässt sich mit jeder Kopfbedeckung kombinieren, schränkt beim Spielen am wenigsten ein und bietet guten Schutz der Zähne.
