Both flat blades broke trying to get off the old glass, they’re flimsy and when they hit glass they dent and are too soft of a metal. And this is with my having heated it with a heat gun and hair dryer and nothing helped loosen the glue and the blades broke off trying to pry up small pieces. The entire back is scratched up from trying to use the blade and this “remover tool” that doesn’t even fit under the glass. Would definitely not recommend for anyone.

It takes a great product for me to give 5 stars for the item I’m buying. And this I’m going to give 5 stars to because it’s definitely worth the 5 stars. Apple wants a fortune to replace this back piece of glass on the iPhone, you might as well buy a new phone, and even repair shops want way more than this piece of glass is worth. So I decided to give this a try after I dropped my phone and shattered the back piece of glass. It took between 20 and 30 minutes to complete and it was a piece of cake to fix. I’m not sure why others had issues with it, but for myself it was very easy. Was hoping the gold color was a little more gold looking, but for the cost to replace this I’ll take the more dull color. I’m just grateful that I don’t need to purchase a new phone right now.

Don’t bother with his repair kit, the back glass on the iPhone 14 is not replaceable. You will destroy your phone trying to break up and remove the old glass.

So it’s not easy the instruction are minimal. And u can google and you tube how to do it but is very hard to do on your own.

The back glass is pretty stellar if you have the ability to install it. The removal of the prior glass is extremely tedious and not for the faint of heart. However if you have a concentrated laser device that can control depth intensity you might be able to replace without too much trouble. Aside from that , this is great kit that feels and looks exactly like the original with everything you need and more for under$20. if you one and you're able to install it, look no further, its absolutely indistinguishable from what i can with naked eye.
