I ordered the GUPFIX Back Glass Replacement for my kid’s iPhone 12 Pro Graphite. I like that the back glass replacement kit includes the tools to install the part, and the material feels ok. However, the product color is wrong, so it does not match the phone.

Looks like this glass replacement is really great option if you have your phone back broken. It has all the tools and details needed. It has a good clear instructions on how to replace it. The only thing - you have to have whether good skills or a lot of time and dedication to make it happen. It’s challenging to replace the back phone glass! And the hardest thing is to remove the old one… I tried, I couldn’t… but I keep this kit and hope I’ll find someone who is more experienced and who’ll help me out it my problem..

I have to say right from the start, I did not end up using this kit to replace the broken back glass on my wife’s phone as I had intended—but not due to any fault of the kit itself. Everything about this GUPFIX Back Glass Replacement kit is great and seems appropriately priced. It was the correct size and came with almost everything needed—except a heat gun for removing and replacing the back glass.I consider myself very tech-savvy. I know how to repair many different electronics and have replaced batteries and digitizer screens on iPhones in the past. However, after watching a few videos on this back glass replacement process, I decided I didn’t have the time for it. I'd rather pay the $125 to a professional at the shop than spend several hours removing the glass myself.I feel confident in my ability to do the repair; it looks pretty straightforward. It’s just way too time-consuming for what it’s worth to me. I like having the extra parts and tools to add to my cell phone repair kit. And if, god forbid, my wife damages the back of her phone again, I'll hand this kit to her, and she can take care of it.

This works out great and all of the accessories was a nice plus because my spudgers often get worn and need replacement. The glass looks good and color is a very good match.

An employee at the Apple store told me I could probably replace the back glass on my phone myself so I bought this, and now my hands have several cuts from one of the tools, burns from the phone, and half of the included knife blade is stuck behind the glass around my camera. This equipment isn't very good quality and this is not a repair you can do yourself - I don't believe this is even a repair that can be done at all. Even worse my phone - which I just had a new battery and display put it - is continually very hot and losing charge quickly.Please, please heed this warning and either replace your phone or leave it cracked.
