It came in a day late, box dented, a hole in the foot that had to be repaired and instructions were not clear, did not know that you had to take the center out to turn on and off and change batteries. It took two of us to figure it out. It is a good product just did not come in without damage or thorough instructions.

I got this bear for my granddaughter. I remember having one for my children and it really does the trick. My grand daughter is sleeping better and goes to sleep easier for Mom when she wakes in the middle of the evening.
