Super cute sound machine. I love that it can be controlled with a remote. Easy to set up. Needs batteries. It’s very versatile and has a lot of sound options. Sound quality is good. The fruit are adorable and baby loves them.

I actually bought this for my German shepherd that has mobility issues. We keep the TV on for him (mostly on Bluey) but wanted something more eye level for him at bedtime. He stares at this and it's super cute. Getting it out of the packaging was a pill, but well worth it. You need a screwdriver to put the batteries in!

This completely exceeded my expectations! This is an ideal baby gift. Well presented, well made and soooo cute! I will note it is much larger than expected, which for me was a great surprise. But depending upon your circumstances and intended use may not be ideal, so please note the dimensions.

This is a really cute sound machine. The fruits dance around. We've had one in the past where is sea themed. The look of that one is better but the fruit is fun. There are four sound options. 2 different music options and 2 different white noises options. The music options are fun and have a good tune. I don't think they are based on any known songs but they have a beach type of vibe. The white noise options include just a basic white noise sound and the second one is supposed to mimic the sound of moms womb. I've heard better simulations of that but I can kind of tell that's what they were going for. The sea themed sound machine we had gotten in the past had the ability to stand up by so the baby could look at it aside from just the crib. This thing has two very short legs and for as heavy and bulky thing thing is they do nothing to keep it upright. Overall, we like the sound machine.

This soother/sound machine is exactly as pictured. It is pretty chunky in size and looks pretty durable. There is a pretty extensive way of mounting it. It has cute music, which is pleasantly different from the usual basic collection. It does require batteries as most toys of this size. If your baby loves it it can really make a lot of things easier. I like that the fruit is moving around-definitely a great way to make your child fall asleep faster. The toy does not have chemical odor to it.

The Dreams Baby Soother Portable Sound Machine & Nightlight for Newborns & Infants is absolutely genius! Such a simple concept, yet it has plenty of stimulating features to keep any infant engaged and then falling off to sleep with its soothing sounds, lights, and calming motions. I love that there is a remote control and you can customize the features to best suit your situation. The Drift Off option is one of my favorites, too.

Our baby had a brief stint of enjoying the "sensory" dancing fruits on YouTube. But once we were able to get past our severe sleep deprivation we decided we didn't want screen time that didn't involve learning/development, and have since drastically limited it.The dancing fruits were funny and cute, and honestly I think we all didn't mind the music either. That said this soother serves as an adequate replacement. A few of the fruits are on it, and look just how they do in the videos, and the music is fun/cute versus other soothers that are a little more generic with their lullabies.We also love the remote feature on here but have not used it yet. The only thing I could ask for is that it had a rechargeable battery, but I don't think any soothers of this size have that feature.So 5/5 overall. Highly recommended.

The portable light and music soother works well. It has great sounds. It has a remote and a strap. It uses four C-type battery and two AA batteries for the remote. It would be better is this was a rechargeable device.
