I can never have too many hair ties. The BBGifts Cotton Baby Hair Tie is a great bulk set. My toddler is always taking out her hair ties and losing them - all over the playground or school probably. These are easy to use and stretch well.

These are much gentler on my toddler's hair and she protests a little less when I use these v.s. typical elastics. They do stretch out after one use, but you could still make it work and reuse it if you want to.

This was way smaller than I anticipated, it’s really small . The scrunchies (dark pink, light pink, & yellow) are the only thing that fits my 1 year olds hair, so disappointing. I’m not even gonna try the elastic bands , so easy to pop..

Oh my gosh...every color I could ever want in a hair tie is in this set!! These ties arrived in a small box that when opened was a burst of color! While impressive, not practical...I would have preferred these were in a more practical resealable plastic bag. Still, the colors are vibrant, and the nylon ties are especially flexible. I can easily tie them around my own thin ponytail 3x, and they stay secure through even my most athletic workouts. For a toddler, they look small, but are so stretchy they take multiple twists to secure. I love that these ties don't pull hair the way rubber bands do, which makes them painless and great for everyday use. While maybe a little too stretchy for toddlers, great for anyone with hair that's not too thick!
