Ever have instant buyers remorse the moment you open the package? Smile instantly turned to a frown? The packaging was nicely squished when it arrived. Maybe a “sensitive” measuring tool should be packaged better. Mine sticks. It doesn’t zero out unless I help it. Besides that it’s uncomfortable to hold and I just don’t trust the accuracy. The thin aluminum feels very flexy. If it flexes wrong, then it doesn’t read correct measurements? And the spring end jams you in the hand if you’re right handed. If I keep this I’ll have to semi dismantle it and rebuild it better.

When you lace up a rim, fine tuning the spokes is a must. However, if you over tighten them you can make a long day for yourself and an unsafe build. I am not sure why some are so much more than this one, because it seems as good a quality as anyones on the market. I have had no problems with mine after several lacings.Shipped quicker than i was expecting as well.
