I had someone from Mr. Appliance come out to fix my front load washer and because it was 10 years old and I couldn’t find a replacement that fits the space I decided to let him repair it at a cost of over 500 dollars. He replaced the springs that supported the drum said that’s why the machine keeps stopping because it’s out of balance. Had that done he lives next day machine is doing the same thing. So they gave us our money back and I googled the problem and it was the door latch. Ordered it changed it in 20 minutes and so far it’s working fine.
