This is a good quality endmill. Precision ground and coated. My only complaint is that the shank is a solid .188 in diameter which won’t fit in any .1875 adapters, you’ll need a collet instead. Otherwise 5 stars.

Ford explorer seat bolt broke. Tried a bunch of bits, big no to super "days" slow... got this bit, perfect size! Went like butter through bolt 20min taking it slow on my part with drill oil.FINALLY DONE! And saved my threads for a new bolt! THANKS!

How easy it managed to cut through the steel

I had to cut a groove for a 3/16" (4.78 mm) broach. The part was 3" (79.2mm) long with 3/4" (19.05mm) OD, the groove depth was .462" (11.73mm). I set my RPM' on my mill at 1530 RPM and just added cutting oil with a brush. I hand fed the mill through the part, to fill how the tool was cutting. Tool worked great. I would by this tool again from this supplier when I need another to replace this carbide end mill.

Needed a mill that cut the center out of the base piece. This mill did the job perfect.Needed to mill the end of a broken off bolt in a blind hole to remove the stub. This mill did perfect. Allowed me to drill in the center with no "drift" off center when trying to remove the broken piece.

I use my shop tools for small parts manufacture. This end mill produced quality cuts, no chatter with minimum lubrication, which is a time saver in cutting and clean up.
