I haven't tried my card out yet in Australia, but the service in setting it up to get activated was awesome. I had some trouble figuring out where the SIM number was (which by the way open up the package, it's on the card), but email communication was immediate and helpful and friendly.

My visit to Adelaide was for two weeks and it was plenty for that and had a lot of unused data after my trip. I did not experience any slow down or dropouts and it worked pretty well for me.To activate, I was instructed to download their app and start the process. I made my activation at the airport in Australia, which I should have done beforehand when I had an internet connection in my home country. But I've managed to connect to the free airport Wi-Fi and get the process going.Once you're in the app serves as your account management tool. You can see the connected device, how much data you've used, how much data you have left, add more data, etc...Overall, I'm satisfied with the service. If I would have activated before my trip, it would have been a seamless experience.

I could not activate this SIM card, they would not accept my passport info , so what was suggested is I wait until I get to Australia to activate this ...not ideal ....not easy. So I would suggest skipping this and get a SIM card once you are in country.

Card does exactly what it says on the packet and seems reasonable value for money.I read reviews about the set up being difficult, it was that bad but most of people will be using this sim for holiday or travelling. You can only activate with your passport, once it has been through customs.Once your passport has been scanned, it takes minutes to activate. In fact I set it up in the taxi from Sydney Airport, by the time I got to the Harbour it was working fine!

Absolutely awful. Did not work at all spent hours on the phone to Optus they were not able to activate the sim so it was essentially useless. They wanted Australian Identification to switch the SIM on, What's more, there is a no returns policy so no refund.I've used sim corner for other countries fine but apparently not Aus.
