Each manifold is developed off of the original part’s specifications, to ensure it will install and perform like intended. This design is manufactured with high grade metals best suited for that application, from grey-iron to more advanced ductile and stainless steel applications. Each unit is machine finished to guarantee flanges are perfectly flat, mount evenly and do not leak. Commonly needed upper and lower gaskets, along with lower flange hardware are included (along with heatshields and plugs if needed for the particular application.) These manifolds are backed by ATP’s limited lifetime warranty.

Great price but i did have to grind two areas so that the bolts would line up. If you do not make sure they line up you may cross thread the mounting bolts. But with a little care it works great

I intentionally purchased a “used” one of these manifolds based upon the reviews that clearly state grinding was required. It took me 2.5 hrs of prep on this part, grinding and painting. First off, the port holes are off. The gasket that came with it was damaged in shipping but it didn’t matter because I purchased one locally. When I place the gasket on the exit holes you can clearly see that they are off by 3/16” of an inch, again with the grinder. The gasket that comes with it can be cut up to make a new EGR gasket and the Oxygen sensor plug. After 3 coats of ceramic high temp black, it was ready for installation.

The header fit perfectly on the 2.5 TJ. Really good gasket but I do recommend getting the bolt kit from dormant.after a year had to replace gasket again this time used a better high quality gasket, but then i sold it to upgrade to a 3.8 rubicon

Worked great, fit perfect, sealed well. Easy to take the heat shield off and the gasket was much better than I expected.

Installed on my 2001 Jeep Wrangler 2.5L. Removed heat shield as my Jeep is fuel injected not carbureted. Fit perfect without any modifications needed. Good quality gasket that I applied high temp gasket sealer to.

1989 Wrangler 2.5 L . What a doozie this was to put on . The new manifold came with these extra bars which are in the way. You can no longer see where the bolt holes are from the bottom . I didn’t have to grind anything down , but I did need a second person to help. Holes lined up perfectly. Came with a quality gasket and some hardware.I took off the heat shield cause I didn’t like the way it looked . I know it serves a purpose but I don’t care .

Very disappointed with the lack of care to take care of the gasket. It came indented and bent. Obviously a bent gasket cannot be used. The description notes state that it comes with other items and none of them came the only thing in the Box was a little baggie with two washers and two nuts. As a resolution,I would like a new gasket and sent next day as I purchased for next day. Did not come with a receipt or purchase order or any information for me to contact so this is my only way of contact. Itself seems to be in new condition I can't wait to put it on.Update: please see the picture this time only one bolt came with my manifold still missing everything no gasket and I cannot put my Jeep together

Fit perfect in my 92 wrangler. Egr blockoff and O2 bung plugged but both could easily be removed if needed. Gasket was fine and used it with no issues. Would reccomened new studs and nuts for the head which are not included. But it did include hardware for the downpipe. I left the heatsheild on to keep water off the manifold but did have to bend it slighty on the top to clear the intake. Got about 1000 miles on it and all seems well.
