Your cart is empty. This is a 12.5 dpi reed for the 24 inch Ashford Rigid Heddle Loom. It is made from strong, durable nylon with unfinished Beech hardwood rails.
Dimensions:
Length of top & bottom rails: 24 7/8 inches (632mm).
Length of the nylon section: 23 3/8 inches (595mm).
Height: 4 15/16 inches (125mm).
Rail thickness: 5/8 inches (15mm).
Reeds are available in the following options:
The 2.5, 5, 7.5 and 10 dpi (10, 20, 30 and 40/10cm) reeds feature the wide eye for novelty yarns.
The fine 12.5dpi (50/10cm) and extra fine 15dpi (60/10) are available for finer warp threads.
dpi means dents per inch and is the number of warp threads per inch the reed will hold.

The wooden portion was a little rough on both of the reeds ordered, could be sanded better, catches the yarn.

Heddles are excellent but the items( I bought all of the different sett heddles) were not addressed correctly despite the address being correct on my account. Had I not been tracking my package, it would have been returned. Luckily I did track it and was able to get it retrieved from the return bin before it was picked up.
