Great price on the actuator (half price versus anywhere else), that’s why I’m not mad that it failed so soon.I’ll just order the manufacturer one for $60 instead of buying this specific one often.

well I ordered this in October 2022 and it lasted till September 2023 so almost a year it lasted without swapping what vents to go to. I'm not blaming the company or anything. parts sometimes just don't last long.

Funcionó perfecto, en mi caso mi actual blend door actuator no presentaba falla, pero estoy cambiando todos los componentes del aire como preventivo, tanto filtro de cabina, este blend door y afortunadamente mi sensor de temperatura del evaporador no tiene falla y no lo cambié porque es una reparación mayor. Al final revisé niveles de gas acondicionado y rellené con un tanque de esos que te venden en las tiendas de auto accesorios, incluia su valvula y manguera y todo volvio a funcionar como de agencia, aire frio y sin problemas de cambio entre frio y caliente. El producto llego 1 o 2 dias antes. Lo que si tuve que hacer es manualmente mover el blend door (el engrane del lado del auto) porque no encaja exacto cuando quitas el anterior, una vez empatado el engrane y el actuator ya entra facil. Para eso te recomiendo mucho usar una extension flexible de dados y un atornillador inalambrico, en mi caso eso ayudo mucho porque una matraca resulta muy dificil de meter y no recomiendan desconectar el sensor del freno, el conector azul que tienes enfrente. Tambien tuve que quitar el pastico de abajo del volante y el metal que protege debajo, son 2 tornillos, de esa forma metes por ahi la extension flexible y solo la direccionas bien con la mano para no barrer los tornillos. Muy incomodo el procedimiento y necesitas buena iluminacion porque esta practicamente metido en el tablero este sensor por debajo. En la pagina de videos famosa hay videos de como hacerlo.

Well, looks like another lemon. This one worked for about 9 1/2 months before it died. Ended up having to disconnect power to it so that we could have AC during the remaining hot months, and not have it shift over to the heater. But, then today it started getting a little chilly and I was reminded that I was going to have to replace it. Don't buy this one either. I'm going to spend a little more and just buy it from AutoZone so I can get a lifetime warranty. I'm too old to be contorting myself around to keep replacing this things________________This one works.Don't go cheaper and buy the ACROPIX one... you'll just end up contorting yourself under your dash and wasting your time for their garbage product, and then have to do it again to actually install one that works.Save yourself the headache and backache.

I bought 2, in case the first one wasn't standard quality. Failed and no longer moves the vent to change temperature at all, like motor failure. Cheap crap breaks or wears down. I don't know anybody here claiming it to work for years, oh yeah sure it'll be great new, a few months in, until one day it stops working. Tiring having to get a new one nearly every year.

Fits our 2020 Ford Fusion SE. Was having problem with the Heater Air Blend Door not operating properly and forcing hot air in when the A/C was on. Not a good feeling in July. Viewed a couple videos on installation and it took about 10 minutes. Two screws and an electrical connector. Awkward position to install due to location of actuator. Under drivers side of dash.The most important part of the install is to turn the slot on your blend door to properly align up the the position of the slot on the actuator your installing. Review Amazon's picture and look close at the white actuator key. Do not turn the white actuator key itself.
