Installed this unit on my car. I had had a intermittent clicking noise coming from my dash which I was able to determine was caused by a worn out HVAC actuator. I purchased this new unit to replace the old one. After installation, noise disappeared. But only for about two weeks. Ugh. Will not purchase from this vendor again.

Fit perfectly on my 2019 Ford Flex. Easy part to install but it will take you hrs just to get to where you need to place it. Other than that it's "plug and play". 1st day having it on so hopefully it lasts.

Waste of time and energy... Low quality, making noise and broke after installation doesn't last more than a week when we noticed that the problem is still there... Don't waste your time

Only lasted about 15 min and started making apoping noise. The gear broke.

I bought this to replace the ever failing Ford blend door actuators. It was put on and lasted almost exactly one year then catastrophically failed. The actuator shaft broke as did a gear inside. I would also not recommend the house brand at advance auto. Not sure what will actually last but my guess is OEM is marginally better.
