I spend 5 hours removing and reinstalling the dash in order to get this part in place on my 2007 Grand Marquis, only to have it not work. EATC error codes 024 and 025 came on, and there was very little cold air and very little hot air blowing through the vents. I returned the product for a refund.

Do not buy this product! After spending 4 hours pulling the dashboard off and replacing the actuator, nothing happened! The new one was either no good or incompatible with the HVAC computer. I ended up getting a Motorcraft replacement and spending another 4 hours putting it in. Guess what? The Motorcraft part worked! Spend the extra money, skip this generic junk!
