Part did not fit my vehicle, and you docked my account for the return. Customer state's free returns. Appears to be a lie. Don't buy from this company

Actuators came on time. Install was not the greatest with the car engineer had their head up their asss when they designed the heater box had to take the hole dash panels off to get to both control units. After installation and recalibration all are working good again.

The plug was very loose when connected to the existing harness. I ended up not using it because I didn't trust the connection when it took hours to install and ordered one from the dealer

It's a backup for the next failure. Better to have than have not.

This is a Chinese-made part that lists as being compatible for a wide range of Dodge-Chrysler-Jeep vehicles over a wide range of model years. The problem is that "compatibility" apparently only covers the positioning of the mounting brackets. These vehicles do not all use the same wiring connectors, or the same physical connection to the actual HVAC blender door. I had to replace this piece of junk with an actual Chrysler/MOPAR part to get it to work. Not worth your time or money.Find the actual part number for your vehicle, either using a decent repair handbook like Haynes or Chilton that includes parts lists, or find the number on the original part you are replacing. Do NOT trust Amazon's "compatibility" statement, they are just repeating what the manufacturer tells them, so a cheap rip-off company that claims near-universal compatibility will be listed for vehicles in which the part will never fit or function.
