Fish stores do not cover dead fish that died from bad water. No matter what chemicals you add or how hard you try, most of the time if the tank hasn't been running for at least 30 days the fish will die within a week. Use this to help setup your tank or on large water changes, but NEVER put fish in the tank until it's been running for 30 days. it's great for setting up biowheels.

I needed to use this since my tank hadn't fully cycled yet, but I do have plants so I wasn't relying on this entirely. It seems to help perk up the system and assist the tail end of the cycle so you don't have to wait for ammonia to build up before you start getting the beneficial bacteria. I'd buy again!

What can i say about this. If you are in the aquarium business you probably have stock in this stuff too. We buy this at least once or twice a year, about everytime we start a new tank which is often enough. We use existing biologicals that from our filters and tanks but we also toss in a cap or 2 of this stuff as well. Always had great results.

API Quick Start is a must-have every time I set up a new tank. It makes the cycling process so much easier by quickly establishing the bacteria needed to keep ammonia and nitrite levels safe for fish. I’ve had great results with it

Returning to salt water fish keeping. Tank was slow to cycle, adding this product pushed the process along. Was able to complete cycle in 3 weeks and safely add fish after ammonia and nitrite levels fell to zero.

Works amazingly!!! I use it everytime I add new tap water to my tanks definitely when a water change is done. It's also great to get your new tank started it has all the healthy bacteria.

My bad, I should have read the description. Good for nano tanks. Eg. Less than a few litres. Other wise go get yourself, Interpet tank starter. Much better value.

Everything is good but i hate how there’s no 2nd sticker after the blue cap unlike the bigger bottles. When i opened it, it was so close to leaking due to the delivery. this product works as it should be and everything just that if someone throws the package, it will most likely be opened and spilled

I had to clear a 38l fish tank to change the substrate and cure a problem snail issue. I started a small container for the fish and a large co trainer to fill the fish tank, with api quick start, the day after I put my fish in the small container and cleaned the fish tank. I put all the new water with api quick start in to the tank and heated the water back to normal temperature for my fish, and finally returned the fish to the tank.... Fingers crossed so far so good. I was really surprised that it worked.
