API is my favorite product for about anything. Great value, takes the pH down safely for my koi fish health. Doesn't effect clarity at all. Doesn't effect my plants.

At first I didn't think it worked at all, but then discovered that my test strips were expired and not working any longer. I got new pond test strips, and the pH and Alkalinity are perfect!
