Anubias Barteri
Anubias barteri are easy to grow live aquarium plants known for their hardy nature. These slow growing plants have what is called a rhizome meaning you want to avoid burying the entire plant otherwise the plant can die.
It is best practice to attach the rhizome to a surface with thread to superglue rather than planting. Anubias plants are one of few plants that can be kept with more destructive fish like cichlids and goldfish due to their tough nature and thick leaves.
Low to medium light is optimal for Anubias plants, when the lighting is too strong it can sometimes cause algae to grow on the leaves. Wrap around aquascape objects like rock or driftwood to create a new unique look in a planted tank

These are the fourth plants that I have purchased from Marcus Fish Tanks.These Anubias Barteri plants are absolutely beautiful! Just perfect plants!I did the "Buy two get one free deal".I have purchased three other different types of plants from Marcus Fish Tanks.Every single plant I have purchased have been perfect healthy plants.These are MUCH better than anything that I can buy locally. And for A GREAT PRICE!I did not find any hitchhikers. I did not have to trim any leaves off of these plants.They are easy to separate if you want to make more plants out of them.I attached them to the driftwood in my 75 gallon tank.I am 110% satisfied.I will ONLY buy my plants from Marcus Fish Tanks from now on.

Anubias had many dark green leaves, healthy rizomes and roots. Moss balls look great too, and we got some extras that my kids want to keep as “pets”— they’re pretty cute. Monte Carlo was difficult to get out of the pot, but with some patience it looks pretty good too. I’m expecting some leaf melt from the anubias, but so far I have some really beautiful new plants in both of my aquariums.

Best, size, quality, value, healthy vigorous roots. Dark green. I will purchase from this seller again. I ordered two baskets and received a third free. There are multiple starts in each basket. 6-8 approx. separate them as I did or clump multiple together. I will be purchasing from this seller again.

Came with 2 plants that had 3 bright green leaves each and healthy rhizomes. Because this was for an axolotl tank, I gave them a hydrogen peroxide bath where many tiny snails died and floated to the surface for removal. The plants have now been in the tank for 3 months and are well (I glued them to drift wood and have a light on low for 3hrs each day). I haven't noticed any new growth so far. Also came in the cold winter months without issue.

Nice healthy green plant. Anubias barteri. good size probably had 25 or so nice green leaves on it.
