My security camera experience... My first ever security camera system was after being robbed, I told myself if it ever happens again, I'd have video proof, so I started looking into the different security systems on Amazon. After reading options and clarity, I purchase ANPVIZ 6mp security camera systems. I was very happy with the ease of their Guard Viewer app for replay or just plain watching the live video on my phone. Caught some crazy stuff, easily saved footage to phone. Like a serious 40 mph hit and run. Camera was just a little too far away to get tag number even with the clear pinch zoom that the cameras have, but the video was crystal clear, and I gave the footage to the woman hit, who was very happy to get for her insurance company. Another was a guy fighting with his girlfriend late at night in front of neighbor's house. I went out to see if could calm the man. Instead, he pulled and racked a pump shotgun with live round falling to the ground trying to scare me. Only caught his SUV fleeing after I began calling 911 sheriff department and neighbors started waking up and coming outside. The closest camera sound was very good for the police to hear gun rack even though not seen on camera because a large hedge blocked view. He was caught 2 days later. A few other crazy videos the system caught over the years. After a couple years two of the cameras failed and the NVR camera ports of the same two camera stopped working. So, I was down to two. ANPVIZ was very helpful with troubleshooting, but could not be cheaply fixed. I started looking into a new system. I tried OOSSXX, CamCamp, both were supposed to zoom but neither really zoomed. The CamCamp would blur during zoom, the OOSSXX would not zoom at all. I also tried SV3C, but 2 of the cameras would distort a 1/4 to a 1/3 of the video in playback. But Thanks to Amazon I was able to return and get full refund on all. I then went back to ANPVIZ 8mp 4 camera system, which I've had a little over a month. The cameras are very clear and pinch zoom as well as the 6mp. Either which 6 or 8mp beat anything I've tried. Both use Guard Viewer app which I am used too. I am sure you would be happy with either of the systems 6 or 8mp. ANPVIZ would get back to me with any question I had in a very quick response within 24 hours. The best thing their 8mp is NDAA compliant. Which is a bonus... Both systems may be... I know the 8mp is... I think for their price ANPVIZ will be my trusted security system, big fan. Also, I'd like to Thank Amazon's Asurion extended warranty helped when my first system failed where I got a full refund. Hope my review helps you decide on ANPVIZ... Jay
