Used this griddle several times. Both for pancakes, eggs, french toast, sausages, etc.Easy to clean,everything said about this product in description was right on target.

I really want to "buy American made" so I paid a comparatively very high price for this griddle. I wanted better heat distribution that aluminum offers over cast iron so I opted for this product. Big mistake. Directions state that you absolutely cannot use with high heat without risking damage. Huh?Pretty much every single thing I would like to grill requires a screaming hot pan to sear.I dutifully followed instructions, used over medium heat (which barely browned my zucchini & turned it into mush by the time it cooked through,) and it STILL stuck like heck to this "nonstick" surface, which I had sprayed with Pam per their instructions.After scraping with nylon brush, I soaked overnight and the residue left on surface is what is seen here in photo. I would love for their engineers to explain who designed this thing and why. What a shame; back to my cast iron I go. :(

Did not use it was damaged when we received it. I did set it on the burners it's too lite and slides around.
