This is my second blue diamond Panini iron Grill. It works awesome I don’t like to use the Panini section. I am very proud to make Cuban sandwiches with pork ham, cheese, mustard, sliced dill, pickle, and butter on the outside press it and voilà I have a heck of a Cuban sandwich. I’m famous at my family and friends for this Very expensive sandwich in an in a restaurant not expensive done at homeand and easy to make. I recommend this grill better than any other.

Received the unit and at 1st it seemed ok and worked pretty well. The plates were stained in a few uses and now less then a year later with proper use cleaning and only making sandwiches totally dead. Contact sellers warranty department to be advised they no longer warranty for this company. No good contact info and no email reply.Waste of $70. Now waiting on delivery of a new product from a reliable company!!!

We cleaned the griddles and Fired it Up!Right out the box, a little bit of olive oil, preheat and we cooked up some New York Strips! Perfect for counters or RV's, Griilin' Vibe without all the prep work. Considering getting one for my patio 9/10

This is awesome! I was skeptical and was buying it for my teenage son to make grilled cheese after school. We have used it a million times. Grilled cheese, quesadillas, grilled bagels… it works great!

I've received 2 lower flat plates and none upper flat plate. How can this happen when it's new? I need an upper flat plate
