I was excited to use this for my first Bible study event. It made the experience more official. It kept the coffee warm literally all day and it was more than enough for 50 people using 4 ounce cups. It’s also easy to use I used to get discouraged using these things.

I bought this for champurrado (Mexican hot chocolate). The champurrado was scalding hot at 5PM. I dispensed it out to the parents of trick or treaters for 3+ hours and the champurrado seemed to maintain the temperature. Additionally it was chilly outside where the airpot was sitting the whole time. I took another pot full to a football game, and 5-6+ hours later it was still coming out steaming hot. Seems to take maybe 10 hours before it starts to noticeably cool, but was still fairly hot. The directions call to put hot water in the airpot first to heat it up, then dump out the water and put in your drink of choice. I have not done that, so it might stay hot even it even longer than I have experienced. It comes with a long cleaning brush and its pretty easy to clean. Champurrado is a very thick drink so I have to work a little extra to get it clean, but thats expected. Completely happy with this. I bought a 2nd airpot already.

Update: unfortunately all 3 pump pots have lost their seals and no longer keep contents hot or even warm anymore. They were not subjected to abuse or dropping. I tried to work with the company to get the issue resolved because they were supposed to be covered under warranty but no response of any kind- nothing either from Amazon. So, now they are only good for holding short-term room temp drinks. Don’t waste your money. I bought 3 of these for my coffee shop because I thought they looked upscale and would help to keep my fresh coffee nice and hot. They did just that for about 4 months and then one was no longer keeping the coffee even warm past 1.5 hrs. I have inspected it- no missing gaskets or parts, it was never dropped, etc. I see that there is a 1 yr. Warranty on the pot so I wrote to the manufacturer looking for repair/replacement and nothing but crickets with no response of any kind. So as I need to buy more pump pots for my coffee operation, I will not be considering these pump pots as an option, which is too bad because when they worked, they worked really well!

Good, but need to make sure the pump is airtight or coffee gets cold fast.
