My 1997 Tacoma V6 LX Xtra Cab OEM intake hose was cracked so I decided to order this one and see if it was decent. It was a pretty easy swap out and most everything was as it should be. There is one short hose by the manifold that connects to the intake. The nipple on the new intake hose wasn’t quite right and and caused the short hose to be loose. I would’ve had to use a hose clamp to keep it on except that I decided to use the old nipple (which is removable) which fit nice and tight.

This item said it would fit my 2000 Tacoma 3.4l, but it doesn't. At all. I believe it's becoming far too common for products like this to try and be as universal as possible, and losing fit and functionality as a result. I sent it back on my dime over a month ago and haven't heard anything back yet.
