This is a nice solid, simple, speed, agility ladder that can be used indoors or out. For my purposes, I will be using this almost 100% indoors on a turf field. For me, there’s no real need to stake it into the ground, but what I love about this is the orange color and how it contrasts with green turf. The quality of this ladder is more than decent, with no loose strings and good, tight stitching. It’s easy enough to set up and easy enough to store. Definitely a good acquisition for me and I think it will get some good use as I try to keep my legs in shape.

This is a good agility ladder; it came with all the rungs assembled but not spaced. It took a minute to space them out, but was pretty smooth to get started. The canvas straps are decent quality, not too flimsy, and the plastic rungs are light but also not flimsy.There are little stakes to hold it down on each end. Because it is lightweight plastic, it is easier to trip over in the grass; a heavier rung (with some metal parts) would sit down more in the grass.My son and neighbor immediately started doing drills outside and had a blast. Great tool to get their feet moving quicker!

We like the fact that the rungs are adjustable for various uses and they are made out of a flexible plastic material that can withstand being stepped on without being damaged. The ladder is nice and long and comes exactly as described. Anchors to keep it front moving while in use are included.Out of the box it was kind of tedious to get everything separated out, so we plan to keep the rungs spaced when stored. Even rolled up, however, there really isn’t a way to store it neatly since it doesn’t come with a bag for storage.In all, while the ladder itself is good quality, for the price I’d expect a carrying case to be included with the purchase.

This is a really good exercise ladder. I wanted one because I used a similar one with my physical therapy after having surgery and I wanted to be able to continue with some of the exercises that they had started me on. This one's really great, nice quality and very bright. It's a great agility ladder and it even comes with some steaks to kinda hold it in place so if you're doing really really fast movement sick can help if you have a stake down so that you don't trip over it. I predominantly he has this inside my house and I don't plan on doing any major events that would cost me to need to use the speed where I would want to take this outside and stick it into the ground, but it is really nice to have that option to be able to do so. I kind of feel like everybody should have one of these in their arsenal because it helps with your agility and your speed, which is great as you get older so that you don't try and fall and hurt yourself when you're doing every day tasks and such. But it's really great if you're training to do obstacle courses which I do like to do on occasion. So if you're looking for an agility ladder, this is a good one and the price is comparable for the quality and design.

As we approach the end of the soccer season, I was wanting to invest in some good-value accessories that can help my daughters' stay sharp and enhance their footwork, and at the same time, have something that's portable.I see a ton of videos on Instragram for agility drills and exercises, and whilst I don't expect miracle results from a ladder on the floor, I can certainly see value in improving footwork speed, balance and coordination. This ladder will be an excellent way to enhance that.The adjustable rungs make it easy to customize the difficulty, and it folds up compactly for easy storage. It also comes with stakes to be able to pin the ladder down, if you find it's moving too much when being used.An agility ladder is a great addition to your coaching/training equipment, and this one is highly recommended! make sure you look on YouTube for some valuable exercises!
