I bought a 2015 Silverado with this already installed. Im not sure how many miles it has been on but they painted the inside of the intake tube. So after so many heat cycles the paint starts to bubble and flake off right into your engine so I had to sand the inside of it down. I suggest you do the same if already bought.

I'm not exactly 100% sure on functionality of it, but I did definitely notice a little better throttle response with it, and you can definitely hear your motor way more! 👍🏼 Over all I give it 3 and a half stars out of 5!

Good instructions, product fit very well and performs great. Have not checked mileage yet, but throttle response is improved. I did add insulation to the connection pipe.

Ordered this for my 2014 Gmc Serria. With the 5.3 L only had it one for 2 days. Got it faster then they said for delivery also! Reason I'm only giving 4 stars was cause the silicon hose that went into the throttle body was way bigger then the opening. I was able to get the hose clamp tight enough to get a good seal so no air leaks. I'm happy with my throttle response. I do feel like it has gotten better. The sound of the engine is alot better also. Over all in super happy with it. Installation was fast and easy. Stuff feels like it's a good quality product. But time will tell. Deffentialy will buy this over k & n again!
