Good quality and nice to have the option of two different textures of cork. Also easy to cut down to size. The only downside is that it ships rolled and takes weeks time to lay flat.

I was so glad this cork deskmat was available in the sea of toxic desk mats out there. Google the materials of the other ("PU leather", TPE, etc.) = ew, no thanks, don't want to breathe that in for hours at my computer every day. So this CORK mat saves the day. No smell, no worry, and it looks warm, clean, and serene. Yes it comes rolled up so you just have to put some heavy books on it for the first day. I put it curl side down, so that it's not curling up. After a while I could flip it and it's flat.

I only bought it because I needed a deskmat that was similar color to my peeling wood veneer desk. I'm a big fan of cork and I wasn't expecting much since most mass produced cork products tend to be rough, but both sides are soft and nice to the touch. I initially wanted to use the lighter side, but in reality it is more visually smooth than in the pictures. I'm liking the agglomerated cork look more than I expected, though. The mat also comes with little cork strap to keep it rolled up, which I found cute. I don't know if it's a recent change since photos from older reviews don't have it, but the edges are also stitched evenly.I don't know if it's just my mouse, but I found it a little uncomfortable to move my mouse because of the texture. I have a cheapo mouse though, so perhaps other mice would be different. I'm using a mousepad in addition to the mat in the meantime.I recommend rolling it in the opposite direction to flatten it out. It does take a while to even out, though it's not a problem for me because my desk is kind of cluttered and I have things on top of the sides. There is a mild glue smell upon unrolling, but it goes away quickly.Kind of wish it came in a wider size! I want to cover my whole desk with it.

love the feel of this cork - it’s reversible and great quality. it comes rolled and mine is taking quite a bit to actually “un” roll. but overall very happy with the purchase!

This is an excellent desk pad. The only thing I had to really do was add a book to the corners for a day and it flattened out, no problem.Makes my desk look less cluttered and gives it a "zen" feel.

This cork deskpad softens the appearance of the desk, provides a comfortable writing surface and functions as a mousepad. It was easy to cut to fit my unusually shaped desk, and I can secure it with the strap if I need to roll it up and store it.

Sturdy material and generously sized. Large enough for a keyboard and mouse, plus room to make a note.Be sure to allow time to get it unrolled, as in a few days. There are no directions for this!

nice thickness, good quality cork, stitching around the edges to prevent fraying ... shipped rolled up, had to weigh down for a couple of days to get rid of (most) of the curl.

I love this desk pad and I am glad I bought it. It isn't plastic and I love the rusticness of the cork. I like that has two sides to choose from. I don't understand people's complaints about it being rolled up. Unless you are travelling with it I found that sticking it under my mattress for a few days flattened it out quite nicely.I also like that I can put my cold and hot drinks on it without needing an additional coaster. It is easy on my skin and protects my desk and is easy to write on. The size is quite ample for my needs. As you can see from the pic I have space for a full-sized keyboard, a mouse, my light and drinks on it with room to spare for making notes. The mouse works perfectly on it!

I purchased this product as I read a review of a leather mat that was giving the owner a rash on his arm. So I purchased this one with cork on one side so that I had a choice of which side to use. I am using the cork side, five days a week, 7.5 hours a day and it is comfortable on the arm. The mat is a nice size for my keyboard and mouse. I had to roll the mat up in the opposite direction to get the roll out though. Then I placed a heave object on each and and now a couple of weeks later it finally lies perfectly flat.A good purchase for working at home. I would buy again.

I bought this pad after an extended search for a desk pad. My problem with the leather/leather-like pads was that they tend to stick to my skin after a while, while the XL cloth mouse pads stressed me out about soiling whenever I had a beverage on the desk. A bonus is that cork does not smell as much as the other types of pads, which meant that I could start using it as soon as I got it. The pad also looks good on a lighter color wood desk. Overall, this is a good buy.
