Works fine but the lid is needlessly complicated and takes a long time to dry all the crevices.

I was hoping this would work for us for my kid's lunch. The size is great, and the shape would make it easy to eat the rice and pasta dishes he likes to take to school. But the lid is difficult to open, even for me, but especially for him and his sixth grader sized hands. Too high a risk that he'd be struggling with it and once he got it the food would go flying. Also problematic, the lid was difficult to get seated properly to get it screwed on well. Four of us tried to make it work, each one certain they would be able to show up the others by demonstrating that if you just did it "right" it was easy. Each in turn concluded, no, that's messed up. We're returning it. It might work well for someone with larger hands and a bit of extra patience.

Returned product. Lid was hard to remove and put back on.

I do not know why, but I am obsessed with these bowls. This is my second one. I started with the larger style. It really keeps everything cols (I use it to take frozen berries to work). I would but an even smaller one if that comes out too.
