These bowls are double thick of the normal ones that I have bought. The distressing on them was minimal, which is what I wanted. It’s hard to find bowls with no distressing. I ordered some of these bowls from China and they just used a grinder to scratch the enamel off down to the bare metal. These the distressing was painted over with black paint and enamel. Really smartly done. These will last forever.

I purchased this bowl to have something lighter weight for mixing bread dough. I wish the bottom were flat instead of raised in the center because the dough is more difficult to mix with this design. However, I still love this bowl and use it regularly.

Exactly what I was looking for!! I absolutely love my enamel basin. I use it in the sink to wash dishes, I use it to mix together this kiddo, I use it for just about anything and everything you would need a bowl for. Highly recommend it!

Loved the size, great for mixing casseroles, dressing and anything that you need plenty of room. Looks great as farmhouse decor also!

Love these basins!!! They look vintage and very affordable!Only bummer was packaging. I ordered 6 at one time and they were separated in 3 shipments. They were packaged well but only 2 bowls in one HUGE box, pretty wasteful, IMO.

This is a really great inexpensive enamelware bowl. It look antique and is study and of good quality. We bought it to hold treats at a farm themed bake sale, but use it all the time.

I was disappointed that the rustic part is really just 3 blue bits on the edging very regularly placed. Looks too perfect to be rustic. That said, it's a great size and first perfectly in my sink. Just right for washing dishes. Started out as a 3 star review and now that I am reminded how I use it EVERY day... I'm bumping it to 4.

I have two complaints with this pan... one star each, that is how egregious the problems are. Let me start by saying that this is just a cheap knock-off of what I grew up with in the country, where we kids WERE the running water (from a hand pump or a creek). These were our wash-basins... along with a dipper hanging from a nail over a bucket of water. This pan, if you notice in the photo, has 3 black spots on the rim of "missing" porcelain. This is similar to what a pan like this gets naturally during its lifetime of banging around... the porcelain chips off. But in this case, they are part of the manufacturing process. If you look at the bottom, you will notice 3 very small black marks that correspond. This is a result of cheap, do-it-quick do-it-cheap manufacturing (made in China). The second ding is that the metal is really thin. Really thin. And that translates to easier dents, which manifest as missing porcelain. (MORE missing porcelain!)So would I recommend it? Well... I guess if you just have to have one, yes. But if you really want a durable product, and one that feels and sounds like those of old, then no.Oh... and it is quite a bit smaller than whose we used to buy. Perhaps that is good, though, for modern sinks.
