Solid addition to your saw kit. Makes the track saw that I bought to rip sheets of plywood much more versatile. If the base was a little longer, it would be perfect!

Very well made guide square. Great price for a solid, accurate square. I like the quick release clamp too. This is also great that it’s a bit smaller so it’s very maneuverable while on the track guide. I would buy this again in a heartbeat !

Build quality is good; the tool is sturdy and easy to set up. The 45 degree setting is dead accurate, and the others seem pretty close. There is a nice spring detent on each angle setting, and a screw to hold it in place. Attachment to the track is with a screw on the underside and the side clasp, which works fine. The fit on all the mechanisms is very good.I do wish the baseline of the square was longer, which would make more precise cuts.

I have the new Ridgid track saw and there are no real attachments for this line, not when you look at the big brands in the field at least. When I ordered this I knew it did not say Ridgid was compatible but looking at the images and potential adjustability I was hopeflul. I am very happy to report it works perfectly with my track, the t-bar is a bit tight but I think that will wear in a little over time, the clamp to the edge of the track is very tight and should not loosen up with use, but it is adjustable so I can add more clamping power. My brother has the DeWalt version and I will test that soon, but if you are in the Ridgid lineup you can absolutely use this square. The angles have positive stops which is nice, but I have not looked into their accuracy yet as I cannot get to my layout tools due to winter season shop adjustments LOL. I will report back with that data in the spring.
