These forms are standard. I have a small business and most packages are for 100 or more and I have to throw away most of them. These are better because the smaller quantity.

Neither the upper or lower lined up at all. Even with self aligning I couldn’t get it.

Forms were shipped well packaged and arrived without creases, bends or tears. Be aware that you will be charged extra for the software to print these with and I have to say the software could be a lot more user friendly. W-2’s printed, mailed and employees are happy.
