This gave me enough to cover 6 employees with room for ruining a few with goofs and experiments. Perforations are good, the forms separate easily, and the included envelopes make this pretty convenient. A plus *would* have been to include a full-page envelope so you'd be ready to send off the business W3 and the copies of the employees W2s. Also--doubling up the cardboard would prevent the slight dog-earing I had on a few forms.

These W-2 forms are completely useless! For pre-printed forms, the single most important thing is that the printing is perfectly consistent on every page. In manufacturing forms like these, the forms are printed on very large sheets and then cut down to standard size. The printing will include cut lines where the forms have to be cut so they are all the same. As you can see in the attached photo, these cuts are so far off on every other page that you cannot possibly get them to print correctly. Clearly the quality control is lacking. Read other critical reviews and you'll hear the same thing. I couldn't wait for replacements as they are due to employees by month end, so ended up having to run out and buy locally at Office Depot. Argh!!

I do the ordering for each department, which means that I don't always know exactly what the need is before I purchase. I was told by the accounting department to order the following: W-2 Pre-packaged Laser Sets (6 part). I don't know anything about this, but these forms met our needs. Also, I was told we needed them ASAP, and Amazon delivered on that ; )
