Sit with your back straight; legs uncrossed, and feet flat on the floor. Place the cuff on your upper arm and rest your arm on a table so the cuff is at your heart level

I got this BP monitor 1 year ago. It won't connect to your phone, make fancy graphs, or even store your BP readings. But it is easy to use, accurate (very important), reliable, and has great battery life. It gets used daily and I just changed the batteries for the first time in a year of use. If you just want to measure your BP accurately (and if you want a log, don't mind recording your values manually) then this is a great choice.

Great quality at an affordable price. I am a medical assistant and needed a blood pressure monitor for my grandmother. I tested the accuracy and was right all the time. It’s so easy to use that every body taking care of my grandmother learned after the first demo.The instructions are easy to follow and the best part is that stores the previous blood pressure data which is important to keep track of it. I recommend this product to anyone specifically if you don’t have experience taking blood pressure.

Packaged well and delivered on time. I bought this one because it has been verified by a company that verified the accuracy of BP machine. It got a five star rating out of a 1-5 rating. I did think it had an irregular heart beat signal but it does not. I bought it also because I had a Lifesource Microlife I have had for over 12 years and wasn’t sure it was still accurate but it is do now I have two. My lifesource does have an irregular heartbeat notification plus a memory for two people plus a date and time memory. I now have 2 BP machines that are accurate.

I am writing this review after four days of testing and comparing the results with my manual sphygmomanometer. I can attest to the accuracy of the A&D UA-651; it is very precise. I would recommend this model over any Omron blood pressure monitor in this price range. My second choice would be the Omron 7120.

The last A&D BP machine I had lasted 6 years. This has a great price, an easy to use unit. If it lasts like my last one its a great deal.

It is not returnable and it is not living up to expectations. The cuff is massive and there is a metal bar which is used to make the cuff smaller but it won't stay smaller. The readings have been way off and I took it into the doctor's office to have the nurse use this and her own machine to register my blood pressure.This is not useful if it takes readings in the danger zone when my blood pressure is in fact quite normal. I am disappointed with this product and will not recommend it.
