The electronic blood pressure monitor adopts the principle of the oscillometric method, so the sensitivity is high, and slight changes in blood pressure measurement (such as speaking, sudden tension) can affect the measurement results, so the electronic sphygmomanometer is accurate to single digits.
Please Note：
1.You should always be seated and calm before and during measurement.
2.Before measurement, please do not eat, smoke or do any exercise before taking the measurement. Relax for 10mins before measurement.
3.Remove any garment from your upper arm. Do not roll up the sleeve, it may add pressure to your arm,and affect the result.

- If you have a normal blood pressure, a regular self-check with your blood pressure monitor is recommended.
- You can detect any changes of your blood pressure early and react appropriately.
- If you are undergoing treatment to control your blood pressure, keep a record of values along with time of day and date.
- Show these values to your physician.
Blood Pressure Monitor 2 Power Supply Modes
1. Use 4 x AAA batteries
2. AC adapter 6 V DC 1000mA(Optional). Remove the battery and use the USB cable for direct power supply (cut off the power, can not be used, it does not have the power storage function)
(AC adapter is not included)
Note: no battery should be installed while using the AC adapter. The above is AC and DC power supply, so it is best not to connect the USB power supply with the batteries together.

This blood pressure cuff is very easy to put on and simple to use. I love that it talks to you and gives you instructions before it starts to take your blood pressure. I feel like this gives you more accurate blood pressure and heart rate because you’re not moving around or talking and your arm is in the right position. I was also very impressed that it told me what the results were instead of just having to read it on the screen. I found the results to be very accurate for my blood pressure. The heart rate also lined up with what my Smart watch said. Definitely a good option especially for this price point!

I bought this for my mom. The perfect size to carry when you need it, and the screen is perfect, with the voice is helpful to take the measurements and make sure it is working properly. Came with 4AAA batteries ready to use, also have a 6V dc port micro USB ( cable no included)

After using this upper arm blood glucose meter for a period of time, I found that the difference between its measurement results and the doctor's diagnosis became larger, the monitoring interval was obvious, and it could not provide accurate blood glucose data, which affected the authenticity of health monitoring.

I’ve been using the Blood-Pressure Monitor from White Angel Wish for a few weeks. The automatic cuff makes it easy to put on and start the reading, and the LCD display is clear and simple to read.
