This cutter I used on a engine pulley to go from 1 1/8 inch to 1 1/4 , had to get an adaptor to use in drill press, set the rpm’s to 210 and used cutting oil, and this cut so much faster and smoother than I expected, was impressed, just regular Steele pulley.

Cut accurately and easy. The guide pin and Cutter work great. You need to drill a hole first for the guide pin.

I had to redrill the holes in the base plates of the posts for my steel building because the anchor bolts were not placed correctly. I redrilled some of them before the posts went up, but I didn't check some of them prior to assembly. Now I wanted to redrill several but I can't lift the posts because they are very heavy and have several tons of steel holding them down. This bit allowed me to drill around the 3/4" anchor bolt to enlarge the hole and let me adjust the position of the post. It survived some horrible abuse long enough to make all of the holes I think I need, but I bought a spare just in case.
