LED lamp beads are suitable for home, studio and exhibition floodlight, spotlight bulb replacement, as well as for maintenance of COB track lights, par lights, motorcycles, car lights, etc.

NOTE:

In the application process of high-power LED products and devices, heat dissipation, electrostatic protection, and welding have a great influence on their characteristics, and they need to be highly valued.

HEAT DISSIPATION:

Due to the limitation of semiconductor light-emitting diode chip technology, the photoelectric conversion efficiency of LEDs needs to be improved, especially high-power LEDs, because of their higher power, about 60% of the electrical energy will be released as heat (with the development of semiconductor technology, The photoelectric conversion efficiency will gradually increase), which requires you to do a good job of heat dissipation when applying high-power LED products to ensure the normal operation of high-power LED products.

1. Heat sink requirements

Appearance and material: If the sealing requirements of the finished product are not high, it can directly convection with the outside air environment. It is recommended to use finned aluminum or copper heat sinks

2. Effective heat dissipation surface area:

For 1W high-power LED white light (other colors are basically the same), it is recommended that the total effective heat dissipation surface area of the heat sink is about 50-60 square centimeters. Higher power depends on the situation and test results. Try to ensure that the temperature of the heat sink does not exceed 60°C.

3. Connection method:

When connecting the high-power LED substrate and the heat sink, please ensure that the two contact surfaces are flat and in good contact. In order to strengthen the combination of the two contact surfaces, it is recommended to coat the bottom of the LED substrate or the surface of the heat sink with a layer of thermal grease (thermal conductivity of thermal grease) ≥3.0W/mk), thermally conductive silicone grease shall be applied evenly and in an appropriate amount, and then fixed with screws.

Used to replace the LED's in the Whirlpool fridge which is cheaper about 18 the price of buying new OEM replacement. However they seem to need replaced every couple months also but still cheaper.

These LEDs are by far the best ones for lighting up a room, 1 alone can really light my room it’s great.In regards to the led it’s self, it doesn’t over heat or heat Att all if you use the right battery and or resistors it operates perfectly I recommend using a 3,5V battery.Anyway I really recommend this LED for any projects you may have. -Oscar Freson

I was expecting warm light based on the description and name but these are the cold blueish light. They are bright but not warm like it says.
