Everything fits as it should, the gasket is very deceiving when trying to find the correct direction. No sealant needed, gasket is sufficient.The filter seems like the average mass-produced version, I can't verify it's micron filtering capability.

Fit exactly. Didn't come with O ring that fits onto the filter. But it works great. Gasket fit. No leaks!

Worked perfect in my 2005 Chrysler T&C. Comes with a replacement O-Ring for the "neck" of the filter, and a cork gasket. Make sure the old O-Ring comes out with the old filter, or reach up inside and remove. The factory gasket was just RTV silicone that had to be scraped off the pan and transmission, so the pan is hard to pry off. You'll want to use a thin coat of RTV silicone to hold the gasket to the pan, and a thin coat on the other side to get a good seal. Don't over tighten the cork gasket. Try about nut driver tight or about 5 ft-lbs, and put a bit of RTV on the bolt threads to help hold them in (like a loc-tight).

This ACDelco brand worked great on my PT Cruiser and was easy to change out, messy but easy. Do your self a favor and change out your Transmission fluid and filter every 75k miles, or less. Total cost for filter and fluid change was approx. $33.00; cheap insurance.
